REMARK FOR CONSUMERS
Scedule is an "enterprise only" service. Individual users will not be able to signup or use it. We will launch a consumer version soon.

SCHEDULING
Scedule arranges a meeting in less than a minute. Our smart algorithm not only matches availabilities but also identifies appropriate time-slots. Time-slots based on the relevance to meet as well as the capacity of each participant.

ORGANIZING
Scedule optionally integrates services needed to plan a workday. It provides workflows that automatically book a room, a lunch table, or organize a business trip. These services take account of the occasion and the users surrounding plans.
The availability of such services requires your organization to integrate certain modules:

- Invitation Management
- Conference Rooms
- Restaurant Table
- Virtual Conferencing
- Catering
- Visitor Management
- Shared Desk
- Business Travel

Please contact us for any question on enterprise integration.

FEATURES
The following features are available by default even without enterprise integration and mainly focussing on scheduling your meetings:

- Sync events with your preferred calendars (Office365, Google Calendar, iCloud)
- Browse your events in a calendar day view; access and manage event details
- Sync contacts from your address book; Scedule users are highlighted

- Invite all your contacts via email to your meetings; Scedule provides pre-qualified time-slots on real-time landing pages for them to respond on your invitation

PRIVACY & ENTERPRISE GRADE
In order to assist you in scheduling your meeting-heavy workday, we obviously need some data about you and your calendar. We reduced the submitted and saved data to the minimum, which are start and end date and the location of an appointment. All other data remain on the calendar platform you trust and all results of our work will be saved back into it.
Scedule does not expose any availability information to your contacts, so we just provide the results which fit into each participants calendar. If your calendar is empty and you are afraid of exposing these fortunate circumstances, our algorithm takes care of this as well.
In order to see who you know and who knows you, we hash the phone numbers of your address book and submit them to our servers. We do not store the numbers as clear text nor do we use them for any other reasons (like unsolicitedly inviting your contacts); once we have checked your mutual contacts, we delete all information except which Scedule users you know
Of course, while using our service, you have to provide some information to us (like topics to be discussed, participants, etc.). We keep them for the purpose of managing the invitation, but we store the results in your calendar platform and delete all information 14 days after the appointment has happened from our servers.
We do not ask for any password from your calendars like Office365 or Google, so we do not store any of these credentials either-
Our data center is ISO 27001 certified and our servers are located in Germany and we therefore underlie German law.
We are committed to safety and privacy.
